Helena Andersson's hazel eyes fluttered open. She sighed, closing them again. The only bad thing about waking up is, well, waking up, she thought. She opened her eyes again, and slowly sat up. Helena quietly moaned and rubbed her sore shoulders, trying not to wake up her room mate Monday. Note to self: Do not spend two hours serving and hitting on the same day.
Helena was exaughsted. She hadn't been able to fall asleep the night before, and school started at 7:30, so she usually had to wake up at 6:00 if she didn't want to be late for homeroom. The worst part was, she was a smart-mouth when she was tired. And she had Mr. Ross for first period. He was strict. Nice, but strict.
Helena pushed the covers off of her, then kind of stumbled out of bed over to her side of the closet. She and Monday had split the closet in half, so they each had a fair amount of space to put their clothes. Helena grabbed a pair of dark wash skinny jeans, a white tank top that read, 'Paramore is a band,' and an army green denim blazer. She didn't bother putting on makeup, because she did that in first period.
Helena strolled over to the fold up chair beside her desk and sat down. She waited for Monday's alarm to ring (Monday was much faster at getting ready than Helena) and picked at her black nail polish.

Monday wake ups to her alarm clock playing I'd Be Damned If I Do Ya [Damned If I dont] in her poster-clad room to see her platinum blonde roomate and friend Helena grabbing all her stuff to get ready for school. She started to get to bed untill she relized that it was a school day. The beginning of the week was always hard to get ready for. So she got up ran a straightener thru her hair and threw on a The Academy Is... shirt [http://store.fueledbyramen.com/albumview.asp?idproduct=74267], black skinny jeans from Hot Topic, an keyboard scarf she got at american apperal , Vans, and placed her myspace hairbow into her jet black hair. And noticed she only had 15 minutes to get to class Mr. Clark doesn't mind if your late but I like talking to the people and getting there on time.
She ran out of the dorm to catch up to her friend Helena and their other friend Jewel.

Jewel blinked her eyes rapidly while rolling over to look at the clock. 7:15.
"Ah, shit," she mumbled to herself. "I guess I've gotta get up."
Jewel kicked the covers off of herself and lazily walked over to the closet in her single dorm. She opened the doors and took a plain white T and a pair of blue jeans. She stripped her pajamas and hurried her clothes on.
She grabbed her toothbrush, toothpaste, and room key and ran to the bathroom right across the hall. After she finished brushing her teeth, she returned to her room and combed her hair. She slipped some flip-flops on, grabbed her bag, and headed out the door to find out where her friends, Helena and Monday, were.

"Took ya long enough," Helena playfully chastised Jewel, who just walked out of her dorm, "Ross is gonna strangle me if I get to class late for the third time in a row."

Monday chuckles and responds to Helena"This is why you ask for Clark He acts like a kid sometimes. Who do you have this year?" she asks Jewel as they keep walking towards they building with the mob of kids trying to not be late.

"Clark is pretty cool, but when he's not tired, mad, or in a hangover, Ross is pretty cool, too. Just strict," Helena responded in her heavy Swedish accent. She had just gotten back from Sweden for her summer holiday, so her accent was stronger.
She turned to Jewel, "Please tell me you have Ross first period."

"Um, sorry Lena. I don't even think I have Clark. I have..."
Jewel looked around in her bag for her schedule.
"Siska. It's a shame I don't have this stuff memorized already."

"Well I hope someone snuck some monster into his coffee to make sure he wasnt tired" Monday playfully says in response. "It sucks you have Ross though, but he is really cute and amazing at make-up, I think I have him first period" She says happily. "Whoa, Jewls you have Siska for homeroom? Thats awesome, Siskas pretty cool."

"You guys suck," Helena giggled to her friends. She looked down at her black watch. "Fan!" she cussed in Swedish, grabbed Monday's hand, and took off down the hall to Mr. Ross' room. "I'll see you at lunch, Jewel! Save me a seat!" she called over her shoulder.

"You got it!" Jewel yelled back Helena's way. "I guess I better get going to. Siska's class is all the way across campus."
She waved toward Monday and started running towards her first class.

"Fine! Leave me all alone dont you?" as she walks into her homeroom and listens to her Product(RED) Ipod Nano untill Mr. Clark lets us go to our first class. Looks like I have make up first period, thank god I dont have skateboarding in the morning today as she hurries to Mr. Ross's room

Out of breath, Helena walked into the room right after the bell rang.
"Well, Ms. Andersson, it's nice to see you showed up for class," Mr. Ross said, glaring at her.
Yup. Hangover, she thought.
"I'm sorry I'm late, sir. It will not happen again," Helena responded.
"That's what you said the past three days," he said coldy.
"Yessir. I apologize, sir," Helena tried again, hoping to get a better reaction out of him. But Mr. Ross ignored her.
"Jdvlar rvvhel," Helena cussed in Swedish under her breath as she slid into her chair.
"Excuse me, Ms. Andersson, did you say something?" Mr. Ross turned around and asked her.
Helena blushed. "No, sir."

Jewel ran her way to Siska's room till she couldn't run anymore. Which happened to coincidentally be right when the bell rang.
A minute later, she reached the room, slipping in, trying not to be noticed.
She took her seat and looked around. Siska wasn't anywhere to be found.
"Looks like I lucked out this time," Jewel smirked to herself while taking out her notebook and turning to the back to start a drawing.

Monday is about to walk into the room untill she hears Mr. Ross yelling at Helana. But she was only late by a few seconds! Monday thought. I guess Clark let us out early as she walks thru the grand white hallways untill its ready for class but she didn't mind walking around the school becuase the campus was really beautiful. The hallways were huge with a white paintjob and white lockers that were decorated by students. And the the hallways were decorated with windows that showed the beautiful courtyard the school had. As she hear the kids coming out to their classes she decides to go back into Mr. Ross's classroom to get ready for first period.

Jewel waits patiently for homeroom to end, while the rest of the kids walk out of Siska's room to first period. Jewel's first period was her homeroom. She was glad for that. it made Monday so much easier.
She stayed there, working on her drawing of the American flag in the corner while kids filed in for first period.
